The Relationship Reset
When you're ready to try a different way forward.
Sometimes one session a week isn't moving the needle. Just as you start getting beneath the surface, it's time to head back into everyday life.
The Relationship Reset is a personalized couples intensive led by Emily Horowitz, PFWC's Co-Owner and Director. It creates dedicated space to slow down, understand the patterns that keep taking over your relationship, and explore what's driving them for each of you.
But understanding is only part of the work.
Rather than simply talking about your challenges, we'll work with them as they emerge. We'll slow down familiar interactions, explore what's happening beneath your reactions, and experiment with new ways of responding to each other—with active guidance and support along the way.
The goal isn't just to understand your relationship differently. It's to begin experiencing each other differently.
What to expect
Thoughtful preparation. We'll explore your relationship history, current challenges, and goals before we begin.
Dedicated time together. Extended, focused work allows us to understand your patterns, interrupt familiar cycles, and practice new ways of relating in real time.
A path forward. You'll leave with a personalized synthesis of our work and concrete next steps to bring into everyday life.
The Relationship Reset is designed for couples who are both willing to work on their relationship, even when things feel difficult or stuck.
