Vanessa is completing her Master’s in Social Work at the University of Denver with a concentration in Mental Health. Vanessa is deeply committed to supporting individuals, families, and couples through life’s transitions. As a mother herself, she has personal experience with the many joys, and challenges of motherhood.
Vanessa’s prior work experience includes managing businesses, working as a backcountry ski guide, and volunteering with Hospice. This diverse background shapes her inclusive approach to counseling.
With a foundation rooted in evidence-based and best-practice treatment models and strength based approaches, she looks to provide collaborative care that supports her clients needs.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from University of Colorado Boulder.
In Vanessa’s downtime she loves spending time outside hiking with her pup and family; skiing, reading, and practicing yoga and meditation.
