With a strong background in healthcare billing and operations, Uriel serves as the Senior Billing and Operations Manager, where he focuses on streamlining processes while supporting both clients and providers through efficient, well-structured systems. He completed billing and coding training through PETRA Allied Health and has experience managing a wide range of healthcare settings, including chiropractic, multidisciplinary practices, mental health, OT, PT, ST, and psychological testing.

In addition to his billing expertise, Uriel has helped establish and support growing practices in his home state, giving him a deep understanding of day-to-day operations, workflow development, and clinician collaboration. He believes that education, for both clients and providers, is one of the most important aspects of navigating today’s complex insurance landscape, and is passionate about making billing more transparent and accessible.

Uriel is also a strong advocate for improving access to mental health services, recognizing the important role they play in supporting individuals and communities. Outside of work, he enjoys staying active through gravel cycling, running, playing music, and finding any excuse to spend time outdoors.
