Neuromuscular Massage Therapist

She/Her/Hers

With over 35+ years of experience as a massage therapist, I’ve witnessed how profoundly therapeutic touch can soothe both body and mind.

Massage is one of the most effective ways to calm the central nervous system and help with anxiety because it helps shift the body out of the stress-driven “fight or flight” state and into the restorative “rest and digest” mode.

Through gentle, or targeted pressure and focused attention, massage treatments release tension, lowers cortisol levels, and promotes the flow of serotonin and dopamine—neurochemicals that foster a sense of balance and well-being.

Over the decades, I’ve seen countless clients experience deep relaxation, improved sleep, and a renewed connection with their bodies simply by giving the nervous system the chance to slow down.
