Sarah Reddy,
Practicum Student
She/Her
Currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Somatic Counseling: Body Psychotherapy at Naropa University, Sarah holds deep respect for the innate wisdom of the body and its integral role in the therapeutic process.
Sarah collaborates closely with her clients to co-create a meaningful and supportive therapeutic experience, guided by curiosity and a desire to illuminate each individual’s inherent wisdom and intuition. She is especially passionate about teaching tools for nervous system regulation, fostering secure attachment, and building trust within oneself.
Sarah is excited to deepen her skills through the practicum program at the Parent and Family Wellness Center, bringing with her a deep understanding of the unique challenges and joys families face from her rich background as a kindergarten teacher, nanny, and trained birth doula. She is dedicated to renewing her commitment to supporting individuals, families, and communities in a holistic and embodied way through this new role.
Outside of her professional life, Sarah prioritizes self-care through dancing, playing and enjoying music, laughing with loved ones, and swimming in natural bodies of water whenever the opportunity arises.
