Sara is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner specializing in reproductive and perinatal mental health. She also has a clinical background as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and has been working in the mental health field for more than fifteen years in a variety of settings.
Sara completed her Doctorate of Nursing Practice at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and she holds a Perinatal Mental Health Certification (PMH-C) through Postpartum Support International.
Sara is committed to supporting individuals and families through the emotional complexities of fertility, pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and parenting. She brings a compassionate, holistic, evidence-based and person-centered approach to care.
