Staff Psychotherapist
She, Her, Hers
Psychotherapy fee: $155. Sliding scale available.
Natalie weaves together somatic therapy, embodied practices, and heartfelt presence in her work as a psychotherapist. With a Master’s in Social Work and a background in body-based healing, she offers a unique integration of clinical training and holistic approaches that invite clients to reconnect with themselves on every level-mind, body, and spirit.
Her professional development includes a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training and a year-long training with New Paradigm Intimacy, where she became certified as a Somatic Sexologist. Natalie’s work is further enriched by her study of fertility awareness and natural birth control through Fertility Education Medical Management (FEMM), which supports clients in cultivating body literacy and autonomy. She is also studying parts work and deepening her ability to guide clients into compassionate relationships with the different aspects of self. Her approach is deeply empathetic and client-centered, fostering curiosity and self-acceptance.
Natalie’s path is also informed by over a decade of experience working with children, adolescents, and families, including supporting at-risk youth in a high school setting and nurturing infants and children as a caregiver. Natalie has cultivated a profound respect for the complexity of human development.
Guided by both Western frameworks and alternative healing traditions, she remains committed to creating spaces of safety, healing and transformation for her clients.
Natalie enjoys sitting by the river with a good book, sharing tea with friends, spending restorative time in nature, and playing guitar and singing. As a passionate dancer, she embraces movement as one of her favorite ways to stay connected, expressive, and alive.
