Natalie weaves together somatic therapy, embodied practices, and heartfelt presence in her work as a psychotherapist. With a Master of Social Work and a background in body-based healing, she offers a unique integration of clinical training and holistic approaches that invite clients to reconnect with themselves on every level—mind, body, and spirit.

Her approach is deeply empathetic, collaborative, and rooted in curiosity. Natalie believes healing often begins when clients develop a more compassionate relationship with themselves and learn to listen to the wisdom already present within their bodies, emotions, and lived experiences.

Natalie’s professional development includes a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training and a year-long training with New Paradigm Intimacy, where she became certified as a Somatic Sexologist. These experiences inform her understanding of embodiment, intimacy, self-expression, and the many ways people learn to navigate connection with themselves and others.

Her work is further enriched by her study of fertility awareness and natural birth control through Fertility Education Medical Management (FEMM), helping clients cultivate greater body literacy, autonomy, and understanding of their own health and wellbeing. She is also continuing her study of parts work and enjoys helping clients develop compassionate relationships with the different aspects of themselves.

Natalie’s path is informed by more than a decade of experience working with children, adolescents, and families. Her background includes supporting at-risk youth in high school settings as well as caring for infants and children, experiences that deepened her appreciation for the complexity of human development and the importance of nurturing relationships.

Guided by both evidence-based therapeutic practices and holistic healing traditions, Natalie remains committed to creating spaces where clients feel safe to explore, heal, grow, and reconnect with themselves in meaningful ways.

Outside of the therapy room, Natalie enjoys sitting by the river with a good book, sharing tea with friends, spending restorative time in nature, and playing guitar and singing. As a passionate dancer, she embraces movement as one of her favorite ways to stay connected, expressive, and alive.

If you feel especially drawn to Natalie, you are always welcome to mention that during your intake appointment. If appropriate and availability allows, we will always do our best to honor those preferences.

We offer both in-person therapy in Boulder and virtual therapy throughout Colorado.
