Reproductive Psychiatrist

She, Her, Hers

Kate Hamzi (she/her), RN, PMHNP-BC, IBCLC, has spent nearly twenty years at the bedside as a registered nurse, caring deeply for individuals and families through some of life’s most vulnerable moments. For the past decade, she’s been a board-certified lactation consultant, supporting new parents through both in-hospital care and private consultations. She’s also worked in emergency departments around the country, where she saw just how deeply our mental and physical health are connected. For the past two years, Kate has been providing psychiatric care to individuals ages 10 and up, helping clients navigate a wide range of mental health concerns with compassion and thoughtful clinical care.

Kate is especially passionate about supporting women through every stage of life. She is currently pursuing certification in Perinatal Mental Health through Postpartum Support International to better serve those navigating the emotional complexities of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.

Kate would be honored to support you on your mental health journey—with compassion, curiosity, and care.
