She is passionate about supporting parents as they navigate the transition into parenthood, lay a strong foundation for their families, and embrace the beautiful chaos that often comes with raising little humans.

Heather believes this season of life can be both deeply meaningful and incredibly challenging. She sees support during early parenthood as an important opportunity for growth, connection, resilience, and self-discovery.

Drawing from her own experiences in early parenthood, Heather encourages parents to lean into the messy and imperfect moments of family life. She believes parents do not need to have everything figured out in order to be doing a good job and strives to help clients approach themselves with greater compassion, confidence, and trust.

Heather values creating collaborative, inclusive, and supportive therapeutic relationships where clients feel comfortable exploring both the challenges and joys of family life. She is excited to be part of the Parent & Family Wellness Center team and honored to support families during such an important chapter of life.

Outside of the therapy room, Heather enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, traveling, devouring good books, and baking.

Interested in Working with Heather?

The first step to beginning care at Parent & Family Wellness Center is scheduling an intake appointment with one of our intake clinicians. During this appointment, they will take time to better understand your needs, goals, preferences, and areas of support so they can thoughtfully help match you with the best-fit therapist.

If you feel especially drawn to Heather, you are always welcome to mention that during your intake appointment. If appropriate and availability allows, we will always do our best to honor those preferences.

We offer both in-person therapy in Boulder and virtual therapy throughout Colorado.
