She, Her
Heather LaPuma is a Master of Social Work student at the University of Denver with a concentration in clinical mental health. She is passionate about supporting parents as they navigate the transition into parenthood, lay a strong foundation for their family, and embrace the beautiful chaos of raising little humans. Heather believes that support during this critical phase of life is a powerful space for growth, connection, and resilience.
Drawing from her own experiences in early parenthood, Heather encourages parents to lean into the messy, imperfect moments of family life and remind them that it’s okay not to have it all figured out.
Heather is excited to be part of the Parent and Family Wellness Center team and looks forward to working alongside families in a collaborative, inclusive, and supportive environment.
Outside of work, Heather enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, traveling, devouring good books, and baking.
