Gracie’s therapeutic style is compassionate, intuitive, and deeply relational. She believes healing happens when clients feel emotionally safe, empowered, and connected to themselves in meaningful ways. Her work incorporates both evidence-based practices and whole-person healing modalities that honor the mind, body, and emotional experience.
Prior to becoming a therapist, Gracie worked for Child Protective Services as a Level V Investigator and Foster Care and Adoption Home Developer (FAD). She also brings over eighteen years of experience supporting children, adolescents, families, and individuals through a wide range of life experiences and relational challenges. These experiences deeply shaped her understanding of trauma, resilience, attachment, and the importance of healthy family systems.
In addition to her clinical work, Gracie is a yoga practitioner, educator, and mentor who is passionate about helping individuals cultivate greater emotional well-being, self-awareness, and inner connection through a somatic lens.
Gracie values the healing power of connection and feels honored to witness the strength that can emerge through the therapeutic relationship. She is passionate about supporting clients as they move toward greater balance, healing, and authenticity in their lives.
Outside of her professional work, Gracie enjoys spending time with family, camping with her husband, hiking, practicing yoga, reading, creating art, and volunteering. She actively prioritizes mind, body, and soul wellness in both her personal and professional life.

If you feel especially drawn to Gracie, you are always welcome to mention that during your intake appointment. If appropriate and availability allows, we will always do our best to honor those preferences.
We offer both in-person therapy in Boulder and virtual therapy throughout Colorado.
