Gracie R. Bueno is a heart-centered Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Registered Art Therapist (ATR) dedicated to holistic healing and trauma-informed care. With a master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Naropa University and over ten years of clinical experience, she integrates expressive arts, mindfulness, and somatic healing into her therapeutic practice.
Gracie specializes in grief counseling, complex trauma, substance abuse, and bilingual (English/Spanish) therapy, offering a compassionate and intuitive approach to personal transformation. She is committed to creating empowering, soul-centered spaces for healing through a blend of traditional therapy and innovative, whole-person modalities. Gracie is also a yoga practitioner, educator, and mentor, guiding individuals towards deeper self-awareness and emotional well-being from a somatic lens.
Prior to her clinical work, Gracie worked for Child Protective Services as a Level V Investigator and Foster Care and Adoption Home Developer (FAD) and has over eighteen years of experience working with children, adolescents, families, and individuals addressing a variety of issues including foster care, adoption, attachment, transracial and transcultural parenting and family development.
Gracie continues to progress with her passion for healthy family and life dynamics. She is enthusiastic in witnessing the strength of the therapeutic alliance and great team with Parent and Family Wellness Center.
Gracie enjoys spending time with family, near and far, and camping with her husband. She actively engages in mind, body, and soul wellness and self-care practices to include hiking, yoga, reading, art, and volunteering.
