Motherhood is a profound, all-encompassing experience, and we know how much ALL mothers are expected to do and hold for their children. For mothers who are parenting their children solo, the weight of that task is incredible. This group will help carry that weight.

WEDNESDAYS 3:30-4:30

Any mother who parents children solo is welcome to join for a weekly, drop in support group. The group will hold space for mothers who are parenting children between the ages of 0-17. The group will offer meaningful support and guidance and facilitate connections.

This group is for any mother who spends time parenting solo--whether a single mother full-time or sharing custody with another parent--whether mothers are in relationship currently or not.

Group focus will be on caring for ourselves, nourishment, building community, and increasing our resliencies as single mothers.

COST: $10. Financial assistance always available. No mom will be turned away.
