Her background in early childhood education and visual arts deeply informs her therapeutic approach. Chelsea believes creativity can be a powerful pathway toward healing, insight, and self-expression. She enjoys helping clients explore their experiences through curiosity, reflection, and the wisdom of both mind and body.

Chelsea is particularly passionate about supporting individuals and families through major life transitions, including the transition into parenthood. She also enjoys working with couples and clients in nontraditional relationship structures, helping them strengthen communication, deepen connection, and navigate change with intention.

Her professional experiences include co-founding and managing businesses, leading children's art programs, and volunteering within community organizations. These diverse experiences have strengthened her appreciation for the many ways people grow, adapt, and build resilience throughout life.

Chelsea is especially attuned to the experiences of LGBTQ+ individuals, neurodivergent populations, individuals with disabilities, and those from historically underserved communities. She is committed to creating an inclusive, affirming, and welcoming therapeutic environment where clients feel respected, understood, and empowered.

Guided by values of accessibility, social justice, and compassion, Chelsea believes deeply in the healing power of art, nature, mindfulness, and authentic human connection.

The first step to beginning care at Parent & Family Wellness Center is scheduling an intake appointment with one of our intake clinicians. During this appointment, they will take time to better understand your needs, goals, preferences, and areas of support so they can thoughtfully help match you with the best-fit therapist.

If you feel especially drawn to Chelsea, you are always welcome to mention that during your intake appointment. If appropriate and availability allows, we will always do our best to honor those preferences.

We offer both in-person therapy in Boulder and virtual therapy throughout Colorado.
