Psychotherapy fee: $155. Sliding scale available.
Annie is passionate about supporting families through difficulties in the perinatal and postpartum transition. In addition, she is deeply committed to helping children navigate challenges and develop healthy coping mechanisms to adapt to circumstances outside of their control.
Utilizing a person-centered approach and attachment-lens, Annie strives to create a space that is calming and safe for her clients to feel understood and cared for. Annie believes that everyone’s story is sacred and that each individual’s journey is unique. She recognizes the transformative power of being truly seen and heard by another and strives to highlight this catalyst for healing in her work with clients. In addition, when there is interest, Annie loves to incorporate art-making into her sessions as a means to process hard-to-process emotions and experiences.
Annie loves all things outdoors and finds a lot of peace on her long walks listening to an audiobook. Her commitment to self-care involves occupying her free time in the mountains with her partner and dog hiking, backpacking, and camping.
