Reflection from a Client:
“I have really felt more calm and more like myself with my family. I also have felt as if I've stepped more fully into my role as mom. At the beginning of our sessions, I often felt as if I was falling apart; losing any semblance of myself in the process. Now I feel whole again, but not just cobbled together, no, re-formed and new with a hope and anticipation of what the future holds.”
— Rachel, mom of 3

The first step to beginning care at Parent & Family Wellness Center is scheduling an intake appointment with one of our intake clinicians. During this appointment, they will take time to better understand your needs, goals, preferences, and areas of support so they can thoughtfully help match you with the best-fit therapist.
If you feel especially drawn to Amanda, you are always welcome to mention that during your intake appointment. If appropriate and availability allows, we will always do our best to honor those preferences.
We offer both in-person therapy in Boulder and virtual therapy throughout Colorado.
