Her diverse clinical background allows her to integrate psychiatric expertise with a deep understanding of emotional, relational, and developmental wellbeing.

Laura's approach is relational, integrative, and grounded in the understanding that mental health is influenced by biological, psychological, social, and spiritual factors. She values collaborative treatment planning and strives to help clients feel heard, understood, and empowered in their care.

Her professional experience includes work in inpatient and outpatient mental health settings, hospice care, labor and delivery, and public health through the Nurse-Family Partnership program. These experiences have given her a unique perspective on the many ways mental health intersects with parenting, family life, physical health, grief, and major life transitions.

Laura is experienced in supporting individuals navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, substance use concerns, and the complexities of raising children with medical or developmental needs. She is especially passionate about helping parents, caregivers, and families thrive during the perinatal period and beyond.
