Erica is a licensed clinical social worker with over 20 years of experience working with adults and families. Erica started her career with the Community Infant Program, working with new parents providing psychotherapy to help parents effectively connect and bond with their infants to foster healthy development. She then worked with adolescents in a collaborative program to reduce out of home placement. Addressing and supporting the family system, as well as intervening in schools, and other institutions to best support adolescents. From there she worked with adults struggling with mental health and addiction issues. She focused on treating:  depression, anxiety, LGBTQI individual and couples/polyamory, reducing stigma to mental health and addiction treatment, working with adoptees, providing art therapy and narrative therapy to help heal early attachment wounds. 

Erica has worked in residential settings, outpatient settings, providing evidence based practices. She is trained in Psychodynamic Theory, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Brief Solution Focused Therapy, Trauma Informed Interventions, using Body/Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Strength Based Interventions for Couples and Families, as well as Harm Reduction and Addiction treatment. Erica utilizes compassion, mindfulness, and a variety of skill based interventions to help people change habits and achieve balance in their lives.

Erica’s services include: individual/families/couples counseling, consultation, parent coaching, and clinical supervision.
