Corinna Crandall, LMFT, IMH-E

Senior Supervising Therapist

She, Her, Hers

Individual Psychotherapy fee $208. Couples fee $230.

Corinna is a seasoned marriage and family therapist with ample experience working with individuals, couples, children, and their families. Corinna feels honored to walk alongside clients as they navigate their struggles. Corinna uses many lenses when seeking to understand the client’s experience, including human development, attachment, physical health, systems theory, trauma-responsive care, culture, identity, and grief. She not only views the individual, but the individual within the context of the systems that influence their lives.

Corinna began her first career in early childhood education working with infants, toddlers, and preschoolers in a variety of settings. She developed an understanding of child development and how to meet children’s social and emotional needs. In addition, she became aware of the importance of early intervention. Later she moved to Montana to complete her BS in Elementary Education and shortly afterward was accepted into the MS program for Health and Human Development at Montana State University with a focused study on marriage and family therapy. She is also endorsed as an Infant Mental Health Specialist: Clinical Intervention/Treatment by the Colorado Association for Infant Mental Health.

Early in her therapy career, Corinna enjoyed providing play therapy to children and their families. As she progressed, she witnessed how supporting those who are raising or caring for young children is an investment in a longer-term impact on the caregiver and, therefore, on the child as well. This led to her interest and experience facilitating Circle of Security Parenting groups, focused on relationships and attachment. Corinna believes all people have value and strengths and she hopes to guide her clients into discovering, or rediscovering, what supports their resilience and well-being.

Corinna knows the value of play during the entire lifespan. Spending time with her daughter, grandson, and yappy Mini Schnauzer often includes walks, games, arts and crafts, dance parties, reading, or enjoying a family movie together. In addition, she connects with her support system over coffee, a good meal, or time outside. Self-care also includes alone time and Corinna loves to hop into her car and drive to the mountains to fill her soul with a deep appreciation of the beauty around her.
