Caittlyn Vander Linden
Billing Specialist
She, Her, Hers
billing@parentfamilywellness.com
With over six years of experience as a medical biller, Caittlyn brings a strong background in all aspects of revenue cycle management to her role at PFWC. After earning her degree as a medical coding specialist, she began her career billing for midwifery practices where she developed a deep appreciation for supporting maternal healthcare providers and their clients.
Caittlyn is a passionate advocate for and member of the neurodivergent community. Her son’s autism diagnosis furthered her commitment to mental health advocacy, particularly in ensuring that care is both accessible and properly supported throughout the billing process. This inspired her to specialize in billing for psychotherapy practices — an area where she is proud to contribute her skills and personal experience to.
As a new mom of two, Caittlyn is especially passionate about supporting families during the transformative stages of pregnancy and postpartum. She lives just outside of Green Bay, Wisconsin with her husband, two children, and their two dogs. Her hobbies include taking a nap whenever she can, playing Super Mario games with her son, and half-finishing crochet projects.
Caittlyn is excited to bring a detail-oriented and empathetic approach to her work, helping PFWC providers and clients navigate the world of insurance with clarity and confidence.
